Is to reduce the barriers associated with economic development, improvement, and advancement through financial literacy attainment, entrepreneurial and self-employment and creative industries support that inspires greater resilience and stability.

Are to promote and protect equitable access to knowledge, information, and support to increase the level of participation in the workforce, community, and economy by eliminating the structural factors that drive the racial wealth gap.

WHAT WE DO

We believe knowledge is power and we strive to provide BIPOC and 2SLGBTQI+ communities with the right support to help gain foundational development skills. As a socially responsive not-for-profit, our objective is to produce financially literate individuals who increase their level of participation in business, community and economy. We proactively pursued collaborations, affiliations, and agreements with notable organizations, facilitators and business supports as a collective and unified response to improve and promote financial literacy, entrepreneurs and creative industries skills, tools, and pathways to resources; that contributes to economic development, improvement and advancement of vulnerable populations across Canada; in an inclusive and accessible delivery mode that is culturally competent, responsive, and relative to their true learning needs and lived experienced.
