Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy (DEI) was established to increase the representation and participation of BIPOC and 2SLGBTQI+ community members, women, low-income individuals, at-risk youth, and other equity deserving groups within the organization, workplace, and economic environments across Canada. Although, we are a B3 organization with a priority lens, we foster an environment of inclusion and do not limit citizens based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, neurodiversity, and socioeconomic status to ensure that our practices and programs are just, fair and provide equitable outcomes for all learners, participants and clients. Our country's diversity is our cultural mosaic of beauty that is appreciated, embraced, and celebrated across our organization, network and business community.
